We have owned our new bungalow at Dolphin Court for also two years.  As you know we have been visiting New Quay for the last ten years.

It was a tough choice to give up our flat with its spectacular views of Cardigan Bay but in hindsight, it has been well worth it.

The new bungalow has far exceeded our expectations. The location is superb and could be mistaken for any beautiful spot in the world.

The standard of build in the property has been second to none with an extremely high level of finish.

We purchased our property in April 2008 following a couple of months of showing interest in a house at Dolphin Court.

We found MAB Homes to be very friendly and professional in supporting us to find the right plot and house design for our needs.

What we particularly appreciated was their ‘family business approach’ to meeting all needs. Nothing was too much trouble.  They were, and still are always willing to answer queries and help if need be.  We chose to convert our 2-bed to a 4-bed loft conversion and they even supported us to do that.

Our family have lived locally for many years and MAB Homes were recommended locally as a trustworthy and reliable family company to purchase from.  We were happier to buy a fabulous new building from a local company with integrity rather than risk buying a house from what seems the many low-grade building companies that we came across before.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new home and the lovely location. Great build quality and having spent our first winter here, we find the heating bills very economical because of the excellent insulation.
